Classification – dry white varietal wine from Mantinia.

Varietal Composition – Moschofilero 100%.

Vinification - grapes are hand-picked, they are then chilled to 7-8 °C in cold storage, followed by pneumatic press and vinified according to classic white wine vinification, fermentation at controlled temperature of 16-17 °C.

Eye - light yellow-white, almost transparent color with green hues.

Nose - elegant aromas of rose petals, lemon blossom and citrus.

Palate - fruity driven, refreshing mouthfeel, balanced with medium acidity and subtle aftertaste.

Pairing Suggestions - almost any traditional Greek dish, seafood and pasta but also as an aperitif accompanied by fruit.

Best served at 9-10 °C.
