Varietal Composition – Kontoura 100%.

Vineyard - “Episkopi” in Muses valley, altitude 380-420 m, soil clay and gravel.

Vinification - low temperature fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.

Eye – color is pale lemon with green notes.

Nose - aromas of citrus, lemon, pineapple and white flowers.

Palate - acidity is refreshing, average to high, taste of crispy tropical fruit and lemon. Body is medium with long aftertaste.

Pairing Suggestions - fish & seafood, dishes that have herbal notes, salinity & high acidity.
