Vineyard - at “Prosilia”, Rapsani, Mount Olympus, altitude 450-480 m.
Vinification - fermented and matured for 9 months “sur lies” in large Acacia barrels.
Eye - light sub-yellow color.
Nose - great aromatic purity, expressive with flowers, tropical fruit and sweet oak.
Palate - it offers a creamy palate highlighted by Assyrtiko’s minerality and tension.
Pairing Suggestions - accompanies very well with sea food.
Best served at 10-12 °C.
