Vinification - grapes are hand-picked and transported in small baskets. Classic red wine vinification at temperatures of 23-24 °C, with 8 days of maceration.

Eye - deep red color with purple hues.

Nose - dense and intense aromas of fresh forest fruits, strawberries and cherries.

Palate - silky and persistent mouthfeel, balanced acidity and rounded tannins, with long aftertaste.

Pairing Suggestions - barbequed meat, pasta with red sauce, spicy sausages and cheese.
